How To Return Jewelry
All jewelry purchased online is subject to a 30-day return window from the date of delivery and must be returned unworn, unused, and in the original condition and packaging in which it was purchased.
All in-store jewelry purchases are exchange only or may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card for future use. Refunds to the original method of payment are not available for in-store purchases.
If 30 days have passed since your online jewelry purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Jewelry Returns (Online Purchases Only)
To be eligible for a return:
Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear or damage
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your jewelry purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Jewelry Items
The following jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Special orders
Gift cards
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in limited cases, including:
Jewelry showing signs of wear
Jewelry returned without original packaging
Jewelry returned with missing components (e.g., stones, clasps) not due to our error
Jewelry returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (Online Jewelry Purchases Only)
Once your returned jewelry item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Sale Jewelry Items
Sale or discounted jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace jewelry items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
For jewelry items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
